Policies - Returns and Refunds

We do not give refunds.

 If your order comes and something is destroyed or broken- YOU MUST contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.

If it is not within that time frame there is nothing we can do.

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

If you order comes destroyed or broken - here is what you do.

  • Contact us within 7 business days *with* photos of your earrings or clay cutters in your broken package.
  • We will email you a return label for your to send *EVERYTHING* from your box back to us.
  • Once the items come back to us, we will get to work right away fixing, remaking or reprinting your order
  • You will receive a NEW tracking number to the email you used when you placed your order within 10 business days of your order getting returned to us.
  • Once the order is in the mail - we have 0 control and no more information than you do checking your tracking number.

What if your item doesn't show up?

  • I keep a very close eye on all sent items and I will definitely know if it gets to you or not and I will definitely send out a replacement if it does not reach you within 30 days. I understand that feels like an INSANE amount of time to wait, but I have no control over the post office (I wish I did!) and I know things can randomly turn up.
    The *ONLY* exception to this rule is its follows:
  • Holiday Items: I ship holiday items out by a certain time (upgrade to priority if you're worried!) to ensure they will arrive to you by the holidays. If it does not arrive within 5 days of that expected date, I will ship out another items, priority (whether you original paid for priority shipping to not) 
  • If you ordered within a reasonable time frame hoping to purchase something for someone as a gift and it hasn't arrive within the expected time frame - PLEASE do not hesitate to reach out and I will do my best to see what I can do to make it get there to you on time. Again, this is based on your original purchase being within my original shipping and processing times, with a little leeway on the timeframe because everyone should be prepared.
